FileLoadException exception occurred while the XLANG/s runtime enlisted a
service.
Error message:Could not load file or assembly 'System, Version=1.0.3300.0,
Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=b77a5c561934e089' or one of its dependencies.
The located assembly's manifest definition does not match the assembly
reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

When i start the Application from BizTalk Administration Console, there is
no problem. But when i start the service from msBuild script
<BizTalk2006.Application.Start> I got the above mentioned error. It happens
only for an application. Rest of the application starts without any problem
even when i start through msbuild script. Please suggest me some idea to
solve this error.
