I have received an error as described below. Please provide solution for this
error.

Description:
Failed while creating a
Shell.BizTalk.DS1.SBC.GSAP.RetailRoyaltyInboundSalesorder.Orchestration.processPOSFFToZ1POSIDOC service.

We're also having the same issue (as of the date you posted this ironically).
We've been told to undeploy/redeploy by Microsoft. Note: ours works just
fine in the UAT environment, only blows up in Production so it doesn't appear
to be a coding thing.

I'll update this thread as the redeployment happens (will take a while).

Yep, redeploying worked just fine. Even though the DLL was correct and the
GAC appeared to be correct, Microsoft mentioned that the SQL registration of
the object may have been out of sync with the actual DLL. This is the reason
behind the different number of members.
