BizTalk stitch utility

BizTalk sticth utility used to be available at the below link on GotDotNet
web site. Now that GotDotnet website is replaced with MSDN code library, we
are missing the link for this utility tool. Can you provide me the link
where I can download this utility tool. This tool is part of GotDotnet code
library which is free to download.

We want to restore all the backups created by PurgeAndArchive BizTalk SQL
job(Runs once every day) to quickly access the tracked data (Restoration will
be done in an AlternativeDTADB) in last one month by keeping only one day of
tracked data in production DTA DB at any time.
