routing failure errors

we are getting consistent routing failure errors when recycling our database
host. the reason i say consisten is the messages are the same and don't
really correspond to running orchestraions. we have to do this recycling of
host every day in our two biztalk server and every day get these
three routing failure messages on each server. it sounds like these were
hunged in the server once for the first time and now every time, with the
recycle they cause the error. things tried that didn't help so far, stopped
the corresponding orchestraions and ports, and still getting error, even
stopped the receive hosts for the orchestrations and didn't help. biztalk
2004 is what we're having.
