HTTP port issue

Hi,
I am using HTTP send port to send xml to vendors. It works fine most of the
time. However sometime I get the following error message.
A message sent to adapter "HTTP" on send port "SEND_XMLPO__REQ_RES" with URI
"/message/issues.html" is suspended.
Error details: Invalid URI: The format of the URI could not be determined.

SEND_XMLPO__REQ_RES has different URI. I configered the send port with
proper partners' uri. I am not sure how this end port is getting URI
/message/issues.html. I dont have this URI anywhere in my application.
Does anyone had this kind of issue before? How can I solve this?
