BizTalk Deployment Wizard error

Has anyone encountered this error before?

When I attempt to export an BizTalk Assembly to a binding file and I
get to the 3rd screen that is titled "Export BizTalk Assembly
Binding", I select Export items bound to a single assembly and when I
try to select the Drop down list I get
"Unable to refresh BizTalk Modules
COM+ was unable to talk to the Microsoft Distributed Transaction
Coordinator"

I am running Windows 2003 server on my biztalk machine and 2003
Advanced server on my SQL box and both are running SP2. I have
installed the COM+ rollup package 6 and have set my permissions
appropriately on the COM security on "BOTH" machines.
