Has anyone worked with Covast EDI Accelerator for Microsoft BizTalk
Server 2002?

I need to receive incoming 997 EDI messages but I am wondering how
could I update the status of the interchanges in BizTalk for which the
997 has been received? I expect 997 receipts for outbound 879
messages that I send from BizTalk to Covast. Covast translates the XML
into EDI and inserts an 'interchange number and document number', and
sends the 879 EDI's to the trading partner. The Trading Partner sends
back a 997 acknowledgement for these messages and includes
the 'interchange number and document number' which was sent in the
879 that they received. Covast receives the 997 EDI messages and
translates them into Microsoft XDR Format and sends it to BizTalk. But
the problem here is that I need to know which 879 interchange needs to
be updated in BizTalk. The status of the 879's in BizTalk
remain 'Pending'. Biztalk has no idea what this 'interchange number and
document number' is, since it is controlled by Covast.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Sunil.

Hi!

I am involved in a project where the Covast EDI Accelerator for Microsoft
BizTalk is used. We are not responsible for this part, but a dutch company
called SRC is. You may want to contact them.
