Multiple Biztalk server 1 DB issue

We have 2 Biztalk 2004 servers with biztalk 1 DB's installed. When I schedule
the physical SQL ports to run every 1 minute, Both servers fire the request
to SQL Transaction DB essentially at the same time. Is there a way to make
these 2 Biztalk servers to run the port at different time .

No.
But you can let that receive location run under a host that only has
an instance on one of the BizTalk Servers. In case you are worried
about this server going down, a failover cluster would be appropriate.
