I can't terminate unwanted running service instances

i try to terminate stucking running service instances at 'work in progress'
but it's fail.

it maybe cause from error exception between i tested calling orchestration
web service.(i remove the webservice that ever have error exception)

i attemptd (eg. use iisreset in cmd ,some instance can be removed,but,it
still have some)

how to remove them(stucking running instance)?

Instead of IISRESET stop the WWW service, if you have more than one BizTalk
machine in the group stop WWW on the both the machines (you may stop the
BizTalk Host instances as well)and try to Terminate the instances.

If they still exists, and if you can restart the servers (ex: non-production
boxes), try restarting them.
