Microsoft.BizTalk.Pipeline.Components Assembly Binding

Good Day

I am currently experiencing problems when using Custom Flat File Assembler
and Disassembler.When a Xml message is about to get disassembled, the
following error gets logged in the Assembly Binding Viewer(FusionLog.exe):-

It seems BizTalk is looking for the
Microsoft.BizTalk.Pipeline.Components.resources resource in the wrong culture.
All BizTalk assemblies in the GAC are in the neutral culture.
Does anybody have insight into this?
Please help, as this is delaying any progress whatsoever

I have since resolved that this error was caused by one of my custom pipeline
components.
The component was trying to make a call to a Resource File which didn't
exist,and subsequently threw this exception.
