BizTalk 2013, BTAHL7 schema templates not visible in Visual Studio 2012

Hello,
We have installed the following:
Windows 7 SP1
VS 2012 Professional
SQL server 2008 R2 +
BTS 2013 Standard + HL7 accelerator 2013
After installation we noticed that the HL7 templates were not visible in Visual Studio. After some googeling we found out that the option “starter projects” was not present while installing the HL7 Accelerator as described in http://social.msdn.microsoft.com/Forums/windowsazure/en-US/048f296b-38c4-45fe-b336-f3f0a0bb6d39/2013-hl7-accelerator-template-in-visual-studio-2012. There seems not to be a solution…
In another environment we have installed this with success with the “starter projects” available.
Does anyone have an idea to the solution or what causes the problem?
