Parsing OBX-5 message with ~

Hello,

I am having issues parsing ORU^R01 message, BTAHL72XReceivePiplene is throwing
error message for the datatype. The OBX-5 Segment is having ~ inside the
message. If I remove ~ the message is getting processed correctly.

Below is the OBX-5 value "HISTORY:~Right knee pain. Previous arthroscopy told
ligamentous injury.~ ~ ~MRI RIGHT KNEE~ ~Coronal (pre- and post-fat saturation),
sagittal, and axial proton-density weighted images were obtained.~ ~ ~Findings:~
~The medial and lateral menisci of the knee show a normal triangular shape and
homogeneous low signal intensity.~The surfaces are smooth and intact. No
meniscal tear is noted.~ ~The cartilage in the medial and lateral and
patello-femoral compartments is maintained. No chondral lesion is noted.~ ~The
anterior and posterior cruciate ligaments are intact.~ ~The collateral ligaments
and insertion of the popliteus tendon are normal in appearance.~ ~The quadriceps
and infrapatellar tendons are intact.~ ~The bone marrow signal, trabecular
pattern and epiphyseal lines are normal in appearance.~ ~Minimal joint effusion
seen.~ ~COMMENT:~ ~Minimal joint effusion in the right knee. No other
significant abnormality is seen"

What changes I need to do for GLO_DEF schema inorder to get the message working
properly.
