processing multiple messages in one file

Hi,

I want to create an orchestration for incoming messages. I used
SWIFTPipeline to process multiple messages and applied the steps of A4Swift
tutorial but it just processes the first message in the file. It works if
there is no delimeter "$" between the messages in the file. Am I doing
something wrong ?

I used BTS2006 and A4Swift 2.3
Inbound Debatching is true
Fragmantation is true
Message Trailer Schema is a schema with "$" delimeter

Hi TJay,

You are on right track... It is working for me. You need to check the schema
you are using in the "Message Trailer Schema".

By the way why are you using Orchestration? You should ignore Orc if you are
using it only for transformation.

Hi Jay,

Thanks for your answer, I am using orchestration for some workflow process
on incoming messages after transformation. Can you kindly send your schema
for "$" delimeter. I used many schemas for this purpose but I was not able to
make it work.

Hi TJay,

I am not working with delimeter as $. However, I can give you an idea how
you can go about it...

- Create a flat file schema with just an element and delimeter set to $
- set to Default Child Order – Postfix, Default Child Delimeter - $ and
Delimeter Type – Character.
- Use this schema and specify it in the Message Trailer Schema property in
your Receive Pipeline.

yes it worked, thanks for your help. Now I should work on notification
blocks({1:F21.....{4:....}}). Because SWIFTPipeline does not accept these
blocks (There is no definition for these blocks in SWIFTHeader). All incoming
messages include these notification blocks. What do you do for incoming
messages if you want to use SWIFTPipeline. Should I use header scheama to
eliminite these blocks or is there any other option in SWIFTpipeline ?

For this new requirement I would take a look at the Common Header Schema. I
have not worked on this scenarion though. Even I have to work on this.

Please let me and cummunity know about the solution you get.

A4SWIFT understand F21 as well. Look into FRR.

Note: I am using MicrosoftAccelerator 2007(A4Swift 3.0)

My incoming file is like this [MT101]$[MT103]$[MT210]$[MT101]

I need to do debatching and do the processing using orchestration.

Fragmentation = True
Inbound Debatching = True
Message Trailer Schema = flat file schema(with single element)
SWIFT Header Schema =
Microsoft.Solutions.FinancialServices.SWIFT.Runtim eSchemas.HeaderSchema,
Microsoft.Solutions.FinancialServices.SWIFT.Runtim eSchemas, Version=2.0.0.0

I set these properties in Disassembler stage and dropped the incoming file
in input folder. I am getting the input file as it is in OUTPUT folder with
UNPARSEDMESSAGE.
It seems to be i am going wrong with flat file. Debatching is not etall
happening.

Plzz help me out this...its really very very urgent as i am getting blast
from client.
