You are obviously to lazy to use a search engine yourself. Setting
Google to work with "ashton tate framework download" brings as the first
hit Vetusware, where you can find V2, V3 and even V4. You just have to
register.

And you know its an illegal request if you don't have a license for the
product. It is still under developement at
http://www.framework.com/content.htm

No, but i don't find the Ashton framework III in french or english version
working. The Vetusware version don't work.

I have a license, for you information. This product is too old, and it's not
possible to buy it !

They have FW III and FW IV. Did you try both versions? AFAIR I found FW
IV much better.
