I am following the migration document and it mentions creating the answerfile
which I have done. We are installing on a Dell server that shipped with
SBS2008 pre-installed. I also see a note regarding using an OOBE answerfile
when using a pre-installed server from and OEM.

My questions is how is this OOBE file created and when is it used or is it
just referring to the same file, just renamed? If so, when is this file read
during the Dell SBS 2008 install?
