Event id 15108 prob please help

Hi
Since i made isa server allow vpn connections i have been
having problems with errors in the event log one being
15108 spoof attacks. It also stops the internet for 2 mins
or so every now and then and puts all the events of
internet usage in the event logs a spoof attacks.
Was working fine before adding vpn.
Anyone got any ideas

Running SBS2k with ISA and two net cards
internal 192.168.16.1
external 10.0.0.2
LAT has only got 192.168.16.1 - 192.168.16.25

Why only till 25? What scope does your DHCP have?
