Accessing Internet when a VPN session to the SBS network is active

We are running a small network with SBS 2000. The SBS
server have a fulltime Internet-connections over a
secondary NIC, protected by the SBS ISA server. One of
the employees has a home office, and the possibility to
connect to the office network by VPN - and this works
very nice: She connects to her ISP (ADSL), and then logs
on to the office network with the VPN-connection.
However, when the VPN connection are active, she is not
able at the same time to browse the Internet with MSIE.
She has tried different settings - i.e enable/disable the
proxy settings under the LAN option in MSIE, and
enable/disable the ISA firewall Client - and any mix of
these settings. Any suggestions? Browsing the Internet
with the VPN connection not active is no problem.

Some data:
- Client computer - Win XP Pro, ISA firewall Client
installed, any WinXP SP installed - included the ISA SP1.
The Client computer was fully installed and configured
into the office SBS network at the office site, before
moving the computer to the home office.
- Server: Any SP installed - the server also configured
according to Q292822 - hotfix applied.

Before unchecking "Use Default Gateway..." make sure you understand the
implications. Tom Shinder has a good article on this at:
http://www.isaserver.org/pages/article.asp?id=350 If all she needs is web
access, this can be accomplished by leaving "Use default gateway..."
checked, then open IE -> Tools -> Internet Properties. On the Connections
tab, select your VPN connection & click settings. Under Proxy Server -
check Use Proxy Server for this Connection - then for the address, enter the
internal IP of your SBS, and for port enter 8080. Check "Bypass proxy
server for local addresses"
