We are setting up a test with ISDN connect to a Nildram Proxy
account, web access is fine, Exchange email is failing.
Nildram aren't keen to 'support Exchange' and I'm sure
the only problem is they've either supplied a wrong setting
or a small section is configured incorrectly our end.
Can any UK users shed any light?

There are plenty of ISPs in the UK that will give you a static IP and
SMTP mail. If this one doesn't I'd recommend moving to one that does.
