Problems:
1. During the installation of the NT option pack, a separate window opens
title "Microsoft Windows NT 4.0 Option Pack Setup." When the Current Status
line changes to Create MQIS database the systems whirs for a while and then
a dialogue box titled "MSMQ Server Setup Error" comes up with the message
"Setup of Microsoft Message Queue was not completed successfully."
The balance of the Option Pack has been installed but not the message queue
server. I did not have this problem when I applied the Option Pack to my
4.0a server several months ago. What could be the problem now?
2. When the upgrade tries to install the Fax Server, a dialogue box titled
"Microsoft Fax Server Setup Error" comes up with the message "Microsoft Fax
Server only supports class 1 fax modems. You need to install a class 1 fax
modem to use this software." The problem is I am using a 3Com/US Robotics
56K INT ISA fax modem that is a class 1 fax modem. I have deleted the modem
and reinstalled it and I still get the same error message. I did not have
any problems using this with SBS 4.0a. What is now different?
Any help would be very much appreciated!!!!!!!

However, when I initially followed the instructions and removed and then
reinstalled the Option Pack, the Console now does not work! I saw another
posting about the IP addresses and have verified that ours is set correctly.
Iwent to try and reinstall the SBS Administration software but the setup
software won't allow it.
Any suggestions?

If you want to reinstall your console, put in CD disc 3, open a MS-DOS
window, cd to \SBSAdmin\i386, and then type "sbssetup.exe /reinstall".
Also, my fax server problem was due to a hardware problem that unfortunately
coincidentally popped up at the same time I was upgrading! Murphy's Law.
