I received an error message as below.

========================================================
Tax is regulated on sales order ID XXXXXXXXXX
Sales orders cannot be rearranged when individual sales orders are tax
regulated.
Remove the regulation on the orders, rearrange and regulate the tax on the
summary order.
========================================================

First, I adjusted the Tax Amount,
And I processed that "Sales Order -> Invoice".

Then, I got this error message.

What's wrong with my process?
What am I missing?

Hello,
you'll need to go back to the sales order where you adjusted the sales tax
amount and reset the sales tax amount (ie take out the adjustment you made);
then update your sales orders again, first rearrange them and then use the
sales tax button to adjust the sales tax amount if necessary;
this way you're sure you are adjusting the tax amount on the sales order
that is used as the "summary" order

good luck,
Dennis
