Installing of the Dynamics AX 2009 migration tool fails

Hi,

We were trying to install the Migration Tool for Microsoft Dynamics
available at PartnerSource.
For two different environments, the setup always fails with the following
error:

Product: Migration Tool for Microsoft Dynamics AX 2009 -- Error 26301.
Failed to create network share. (-2147023564 Error Files )

Does anybody know what is causing this error and how it can be resolved?

I have the same problem as you.
