ALT ADRESS FUNCTIONALITY IN AX 4.0

Hi All,

Can any of you let me know the expected functionality of AX on Alt Adress for the details belwo.

1. I have a customer x with some transactions.
2.Fot the customer x who has transactions i have setup the alt adress for invoice and delivery
3.Created Sales Order for the customer x
4.Now got to Sales order header which is created above > Click Setup -> Alt Adress

Issue:
I am unable to see the alt adress of the customer (i have created them on step 2)..and the screen is showing an empty record with relation Sales Order

Observation:

This is wroking find for customers who doesnt have transaction

Can you please reply to this as soon as you can?

what is the expected functionality and which method effectd this
