Method of Payment - Dimension Control - Bug?

Hi,

I'm trying to use the dimension control functionality on the methods of
payment. However I still cannot manage to get dimension values on the
payment journal from the invoices selected for settlement.

Can someone please guide me whether this functionality has a bug ... or how
its intended to work?
