During ending production (Production orders->(Button)Update->End) following
error appears:

"Quantity ordered cannot be reduced because there are not enough open
inventory transations with the Ordered status.
The items are Purchased, Received or Registered."

Error is generated by metod updateDepreciateReceipt() in class
InventUpd_Estimated.

Can someone help me to solve this problem please?

Hi,

This often happens from user error, where some journal is posted twice or
there is a double receipt. I've dealt with this error before and it is hard
to pinpoint the exact problem with the order.

I did find a work around for this however, if you reset the status of the
job to started, the system will automatically back out the journals. From
there you can repost the journals (including RAF, end) usually without errors.

I know it would be best to find the exact cause of this but the work-around
was sufficient enough for my situation. Hopefully this is not occuring often
for your situation and the work around will suffice.

Hope this was of some help.

Regards.

I've got the solution.
In table InventTrans filter data by Production and/or ItemId. Check if
quantity sum in column Qty for transactions with status Ordered and Received
is equal to order quantity. If not, manually change these values (sum of
Ordered and Received transactions should be equal to production order
quantity). And that's all.

Regards,
Marek
