production BOM item reservation

Hi,
I facing a issue that a created a production order and this produciton order
status = RAF , all the material already picked.
Production parameter setting> Reservation = Scheduling.
eg. BOM structure
BOM_A
------> RawMat_X Qty = 0.5

Now i reset status back to "Created", Ax will reverse all the Pick and RAF
journal. Means all the raw material is back to warehouse as on-hand.
Then, i continue to Update > Release. By right all the BOM item should have
status ="Reserved physical". BUT i found out that some of the bom items have
status "reserved physical" and some of it are "on ordered". This testing is
without other users interruption.
--> My finding is when i perform production order reset status, Ax will
release the rawterial back to warehouse as physical inventory BUT it also
take these material to reserve for other trx.
Anyone faced this problem before? Kindly advice, actually i am expecting all
the raw material should go back to warehouse, when i perform Update >Release,
all the bom line status should also become "Reserved physical".

I am also facing the problem about reservation. I have kept reservation as manual in all the parameter (In sale, production and inventory). Still after production started and trafer order processed, material is reserved physically and ordered reserved. I have removed primary stocking for warehouse. But this should not affect the reservation as parameter is manual. This is happeing after master planning run taken.
