We are on AX 4.0. A couple of our users got married and have changed their
last names. I renamed their user ID in the user form but I could not rename
the Alias name. For one user I deleted her account from the user form,
created a new account for her and associated it with the employee form.
Is there a way to change the alias name? I dont want to keep deleting
records since these records reference anything the user has done in the
system.

Hi

I can be wrong. But you can try this: Administration -> Setup -> User
relation. Once you select that user, click the General tab. From there you
can change the userid. Thanks

This does not allow the changing of the alias name. Has anyone found a solution for this?
