Can not play streaming video in IE 8

Since downloading IE 8.0 I have not been able to watch streaming video in one
particular website. It worked before. Now I get a big blank box and in the
upper left hand corner is a small green box. I am frustrated. What can I do
to watch and listen online on this website?
