Unable to connect to Windows XP

Hello,

I have windows 98 SE installed on the laptop and I have lan Connection with
other PC has Windows XP SP1, this PC has Sharet Printer on it. I would like
to connect to PC Windows XP and install the Printer! I am getting error that
no network device available???

Whta do you suggest the problem? I need solution ASAP.
Note: I have TCP/IP Installed and I can ping between them and it give reply.
but when i go to run and \\PC Name. I am getting error.
