Importing address book from Outlook Express

I had Bell support technician convert my e-mail from Bell Mail to Windows
Mail via remote assistance. When she was done, I asked her about my contact
list in my old Outlook Express. She advised that I would have to re-enter
this information. The March 26th e-mail from the Microsoft Windows Mail
Team introducing Windows Mail specifically states that e-mail addresses can
be imported. The problem may be that Outlook Express is on my old computer
with XP, and my new laptop with Vista did not come with O.E. installed. Any
suggestions would be appreciated.
