how to turn XP Home into Arabic menus?

Hi,
I have windows XP home. I can write and read Arabic but I want the menus and
dialogue boxes to be in Arabic.
There is no MUI for Home version. What can I do?

you can find MUI (Multilanguage User Interface) in original WindowsXP
CD-ROM, it's easy to install it.
