CRM not sending e-mails

Hello, friends,

We use MS Dynamics CRM 4.0 and we are having problems regarding sending
e-mail through Exchange. The CRM E-mail router is started on CRM server but,
after finishing some automatic tasks inside our application, we don't get any
e-mail in the recipients' mailboxes.

We have contacted MS Online Concierge and they indicated the following

We cannot start the deployment tool. The MMC says that it was unable to
load the snap-in. Plus, the CRM Configuration Manager is showing this when
we try to validate our server address:

"The E-mail Router Config Manager was unable to retrieve user and queue
information from the MS Dynamics CRM server. This may indicate that the
server is busy. Verify that URL "http://servcrm/company" is correct.
Additionally, this problem can occur if specified access credentials are
insufficient. To try again, click Load Data. (HTTP 401: Unauthorized)"

What can you do? Where can we check?
