This looks to me to be a fantastic way for some unscrupulous person to
obtain a shed load of Hotmail addresses...

Hey folks, don't get to worried about this, it is basically BS.  Hotmail has always had a policy of canceling accounts that are inactive for a certain period.  I believe the period of time is 90 days but may be wrong on that.  This message is doing nothing but causing latency on the servers due to the number of addresses it is being sent to, and that will definitely cause problems with hotmail.  Don't  forward it, let it die.  Blue skies-Bob
