W2000server and W98

hi.
i just install a window2000 server which connect to cable modem for
internet. The existing w98 share with internet services works fine.
But i find when i want to browser between terminals.
w98 only can see itself , while in w2000 server I can see w98 terminal.
No files can be shared.

I had try to create a user account in w2000 for w98 still no improve.
Is it because share internet thought w2000 provide a ip address for w98.
Should you have any idea , pls give me some suggestion.
