How can i access AD from Java ?

I think the API - JAVA can access AD with the IP and port of the server,
but,
how can i verify ( or change ) the IP and Port of a Active Directory Server
?

You can use JNDI api to access AD using java.

Yes you can specify port number in the LDAP DN for the bind.

If you want to change the port of AD server, you can do that thru server
management console.
