Problem during opening ADO DB

When I try to open connection to local Access DB using the following
connection string: Provider=Microsoft.Jet.OLEDB.4.0;Data Source=c:\lala.mdb,
I get an exception with error code 0x800a0e7a: ADO could not find the
specified provider.
Everything worked ok till I have reinstalled Office 2000.
What could be a problem?
