RDS connection problem

Hi there,
I am using RDS to connect to an Oracle database. Everything worked fine until we decided to move the web server (IIS 4) to another machine. The setup of the ISS in the new machine was fine but RDS server seem not to respond (the message I get is "Handler has denied access"). IIS installation was exactly the same as in the first machine but now nothing is working.
Have you any ideas what's going wrong? The bad thing is that everything concerning RDS is included in IIS 4 so there is nothing to configure. I really don't know what to do.
