accelerate communication ActiveX

Hi,

i am trying to get some measurments from a VI ( Labview ) to an
application which use an activeX to communicate with the my VI. some
Times this take a long time more than 50 ms and that 's too much for
me .I think its related with the active X. any idea to accelerate the
communication of the activeX ?

p.s. the computer where the appliactions runs, is enough powerfull .
