Couple probably stupid questions but here they are:
1. Is there a way to use ActiveX without registring it (C++ and Web) ?
2. Is there a way to register activeX without being an admin ? (im
getting 0x80040200)

Seams like Side-by-side assemblies confiuration shoudl allow me to use
ocx from withing C++ without registring.
however under visual studio 2005 it seams like i have option to link
only 1 component like that.
