How do you resize ATL and have IE re-arrange web page as a result ?

Hi,

I've an ATL control that I need to resize. This control is on a web page
displayed by Internet Explorer. I tried SetExtent() and MoveWindow(),
followed by FireViewChange(). The control got resized, however IE doesn't
re-arrange other HTML elements on the web page, so my control end up
covering some of them. Furthermore, if I resize the IE window, the control
got resized back to its original size. What's going on ?
