Dear All,
I have recently installed IIS 5 on my Windows 2000 Pro install. I also have
recently purchased and registered Visual Studio 6 Pro.

I am trying to use Visual Interdev, to establish a connection with my local
IIS.
I create a new Web Project, type in localhost as the server.... There
appears to be some sort of validation, before I get the message
Method not allowed(error code = 80070005)

I believe this to be some sort of permission/security issue, but cannot find
where or how to resolve it. I have reinstalled all components, (ie IIS,
Interdev servers, & the entire VS, and also applied SP4 again)

Do you have any suggestions....??

BTW, I can ping 127.0.0.1, and also browse http://localhost

Any suggestions greatfully appreciated

Thanks

Paul
