Hi
I'm trying to create a new project in Visual InterDev. When using the Web
Project Wizard, I cannot get past stage 1, as the server is not found.
I've installed VS SP4, and now get error 80070005, which I believe to be
related to permissions....

Where do I set permissions?? What should I check?? What should be the
default location for projects??

I am attempting to use a local server on Windows 2000.... What am I doing
wrong?? Why can't I connect to the local server?? Which service should be
running??

Thanks

It's hard to say because you didn't tell us much. It might be access
right problem or you just simply typing in the wrong server name.

First, what account do you use to loging in to your InterDev client
PC? Try using administrator account to login to see if it's the
account access right problem. Then, make sure using Win2000 Server
machine name to connect to it. ex. the first screen ask you where to
connect to, write your server name such as "WIN2000" or "SERVER", etc
