Read a lot about how we're not suppose to use Office apps on a server
to, in our case, generate Project files. (We got it to work, but it's
not supported or recommended by MS).

Looking at the alternatives. The idea is to move the processing to the
client so we think we need to create a activeX control that will be
downloaded to the client (via IE), passed in a parm, open Project and
create our file.
Questions I have.
What is the equivalent of ActiveX controls in VS2005? There won't be
any interface just code.
Will this work?
Do these have to be signed?
