Problems with multiple forms

I am currently in the process of designing a web page, i have however run
into some difficulty. I require to set up mulitple forms, ie. When a
customers enters information into the first form and submits, another forms
appears. The problem is I need the information provide in the first form to
be sent along with the information in the second and subsequent forms to the
universal form cgi script provide on my server. The result should come to me
as one e-mail. Does anyone know how to do this???

Also how do I allow an attachment to be sent along with a form??
