Error 0x8007202b : A referral was returned from the server

Hi,

Does anyone know why and when this error is returned?
I got this when I was using the LDAP provider to bind to "cn=System"
container in AD?
The ADsOpenDSObject call failed with this error code.

this means that the object is located elsewhere on a different server. a
referral could be retrieved and followed or u can request the server to
chase the referral automatically
