Quite simply was asked by tutor to set up a news group client in Outlook and
set a new posting, so here it is, i will delete after monday

Tell your tutor he should not be giving assignments which involve making
useless posts to live newsgroups. There are test newsgroups, such as
microsoft public.test and microsoft.public.test.here, that exist for that
express purpose.

That having been said, you appear to have failed in your attempt. You are
not using Outlook: you're using Outlook Express (version 6.00.2900.3138).
Not only that, but you appear to have posted using your real e-mail address,
something that's definitely a bad idea, as there are numerous unscrupulous
people out there who retrieve e-mail addresses from newsgroup posts and sell
them to spammers.

Oh, and by the way, it's not possible to delete posts from newsgroups. Your
post has been replicated to hundreds (more likely thousands) of servers
around the world, so it's out there forever! In fact, it's already been
archived at Google Groups:
