Try this to register the dll.
Search your machine for regsvr32.exe and accwiz.dll at the same time by
seperating them with a comma. (Start-->Search--->All Files and Folders then
type "regsvr32.exe,accwiz.dll" (without the quotation marks).)
After both of the files are found, click the DLL and drag it on top of the
RegSvr32 file and then release the mouse button.
If the DLL is a good copy, it should register successfully using this
method.
