OE does not allow any attachments to come through on my email. They are
sending me pictures of my great grandchildren and OE will not let me
download them. What do I do? It has been this way for quite awhile.

I'd suggest asking in a newsgroup related to Outlook Express (such as
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress)
