How do you mean "share"? If the two sites are connected by a Local Area
Network, look into a Front-End/Back-End design.
If the two sites are unconnected, and you will need to rely on a periodic
(physical) "refresh", look into Replication.
If the two sites are connected by a WAN (wide area network), a standard
Access design may be problematic. Consider searching Google.com for Access
& WAN, Access & Terminal Services, and Access & Citrix for approaches and
ideas.
