Localized installer

Hi
I am trying to create a localized(danish) installer for a mdb with
access runtime enviroment.

But i can only get the english version working. I have found out that i
need to cache some localized installer files.
The guide suggest that i can install these files from any office cd.
But this does not work.
>From some article i have found that the files i need are:
* Base.msi
* AccessRT.msi
* AccessRT.cab
* Setup.exe
I am guessing that it is the Base.msi i need in a local version

Where can i find this file? or
Is there any other way to create a danish installer with access
runtime
