Indexing Multiple Keys

While working in the table design and selecting multiple
keys, should you index those keys (option above Unicode
Compression)?. I heard that Access automatically assigns
indexes to those keys but I am not sure if I need to add
an index manually

multi-field Primary Key? If so, then no: defining a field or fields as
a Primary Key automatically creates a unique Index on that field (or
fields).

You may have cause to index some of the fields independently if you'll
routinely be using them on their own for sorting or searching.
